The Electrical Installation Condition Report [formerly Periodic Inspection] or electrical installation condition report for an electrical installation is used to report on the safety condition of an existing installation.

 

The electrical danger notification - electrical danger notification forms.
The purpose of electrical danger notification is issued to inform the owner or person responsible for the building that an instance of significant danger was observed.

 

Electrical installation certificate.
The electrical installation certificate provides written confirmation that the electrical installation work to which it relates has been designed, constructed, and inspected and tested in accordance with BS7671.

 

The minor works certificate, Minor electrical installation works certificate.
The minor electrical installation works certificate is intended to be used only where a minor alteration or addition has been made to an existing installation, which does not involve the provision of a new circuit.

 

Emergency lighting completion certificate and associated declaration forms.
On completion of the installation of the emergency lighting system, or part thereof, a completion certificate should be supplied by the installer to the occupier/owner of the premises.

 

Transportable building Electrical Installation Condition Report [formerly Periodic Inspection].
The Niceic transportable building Electrical Installation Condition Report [formerly Periodic Inspection] is to he issued only for the purpose of reporting on the condition of an existing electrical installation in a transportable building, such as a caravan or portable office cabin.

 

Transportable building electrical installation certificate.
The Niceic transportable building Electrical Installation Condition Report [formerly Periodic Inspection] is to be issued only for the initial certification of a new electrical installation or for new work associated with an alteration or addition to an existing electrical installation in a transportable building. The certificate must only be used where all the installation work relates to a single transportable building and the design, construction and inspection and testing of the electrical installation work has been the responsibility of one person. The certificate applies to an electrical installation operating at nominal voltages not exceeding 230/400v.

 

Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Report [formerly Periodic Inspection].
The domestic electrical installation Electrical Installation Condition Report [formerly Periodic Inspection] is used to report on the safety condition of an existing installation in a domestic situation.

Domestic visual condition reports.
The purpose of a visual-only inspection of a dwelling is to determine, so far as is reasonably practicable, whether an electrical installation has suffered any damage or deterioration or has any visually-evident defects which affect, or may affect, safety. The Domestic Visual Condition Report is intended to be used only for the purpose of reporting on the condition of an existing electrical installation. The report should identify, so far as is reasonably practicable, any damage, deterioration or defects which may give rise to danger.
